And a little help from this guy!
My times have changed! The world seems to be at a faster pace than it was 25 years ago when our friend Richard Simmons was all the rage. Gone are the days of leg warmers and wristbands...at least for the moment.
These days the time seems to fly and we squeeze in our workouts as quick as possible! We want to encourage you to get out and move...it's not so easy on cold dreary days but consider this your motivation and STAY HEALTHY!
You do need to take the plunge and order Tracy Anderson's workout videos...GUESS WHAT? They really work. Check out some of her adoring clients.
We both love to go for long jogs and crank our music as loud as the volume control will allow but regardless the number of songs you have downloaded, we all get tired of the same old tunes. Here is a great playlist to help you get moving. We would love for you to share some of your favorites with us!
Elevation - U2
Rolling in the Deep - Adele
Stronger - Kayne West
Amnesia - Mozella
Creep - Scala and Kolacny Brothers
A-Punk - Vampire Weekend
Here with Me - Dido
Brass Monkey - Beastie Boys
Glory Days - Bruce Springsteen
Bonkers - Dizee Rascal
South Side - Moby and Gwen Stefani
Forget You - Cee Lo Green
In the Summertime - Mungo Jerry

Loved this post Sarah!
What a fun post! My cousins in Savannah are addicted to paddle boarding - I need to try it.
What a fun list! I can always use new inspiration for my workouts!

interesting that you show no women of color. what a narrow scope of beauty you have.
Did you write that for me? I am thinking about it really I am.
Anonymous- We are sorry you feel this way. Our intention was not to hurt any one and this post was not meant to represent our idea of beauty by any stretch. We were just posting pictures we found of well-known women exercising.
If you find yourself in Los Angeles you can still work out with Richard Simmons at Slimmons Studio. My friend and I went when I was visiting her in LA. What a hoot! He's still in the same outfits and honestly it's a great aerobic workout. I think it was like $15.00 and you're there for 90 minutes - Photo Op afterwards too with him. What's better than working out and laughing/having fun doing it!
